Book a consultation

A direct conversation about the workflow that is getting in the way.

We will discuss how the work moves today, what your team is trying to improve, and whether AI, automation, better data, or a simpler process is the right next move. There is no obligation to continue.

What to expect

Useful context, direct reactions, and a clear next step.

Before the conversation
Tell us about one operational challenge in the form. Nothing formal needs to be prepared.
During the conversation
We will ask how the workflow works today, where information lives, and what outcome would matter.
After the conversation
You will receive a direct recommendation: investigate further, scope a practical build, simplify the process first, or take no action.

Common questions

Who will I speak with?
Directly with the founder: the same person who would lead any diagnosis or implementation.
What does an engagement cost?
There is no charge for this conversation. Anything beyond it is scoped after the diagnosis, sized to the specific problem, and agreed before any build starts. We do not publish standard prices because the right scope varies too much to promise one number honestly.
Do I need to share confidential data?
No. The consultation is a conversation. Any later system access is separately documented, scoped, and controlled by your organization.
What if AI is not the right answer?
We will say so. The recommendation may be better reporting, simpler ownership, workflow redesign, or no project at all.
